You’ll need
Education
✓We will consider: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college in psychology, sociology or similar field OR Associate's degree in psychology, sociology or similar field with related experience OR CDCA from the State of Ohio with related experience prefered This is an entry-level position
Qualifications
✓This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓Diplomacy and discretion are essential, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

About the role
Responsibilities Mental Health Tech Full Time Day Shift 7am-730pm Do you have a passion to work in behavioral health? No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate! Mental Health Techs conduct safety checks on patients, facilitate educational groups, assist nurses in the admission and discharge process, and support patients with one-on-one sessions daily.
