Education
✓✅ Must be enrolled in the final year of a Clinical Laboratory Science Associate Degree Program.
Qualifications
✓✅ Ability to perform laboratory testing and accurately report results according to established policies and procedures.
✓✅ Knowledge of quality control, calibration, instrument maintenance, and laboratory safety standards.
✓✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for resolving testing issues and unexpected results.
✓✅ Ability to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and consistently meet turnaround time expectations.
✓✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✓✅ Ability to utilize laboratory and hospital information systems (LIS, HIS, laboratory software, internet-based systems, etc.).
✓✅ Ability to follow regulatory, accreditation, and departmental guidelines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
✓✅ Commitment to customer service excellence and teamwork.
✓✅ Complete a minimum of 12 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) annually .
