About the role

An Imaging Technologist utilizes knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, computer technology, basic patient care and assessment techniques, radiation physics and biology, radiation protection, magnetic field protection and safety, and medical terminology to operate imaging equipment to produce quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by a Radiologist, and by performing the following duties.
