Certifications
✓American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, R.T. (MR- Magnetic Resonance Imaging) (ARRT) = R.T.(MR)(ARRT)
✓Current BLS
Education
✓MRI courses required; (Associate's Degree or graduate of a radiologic technology program preferred)
Qualifications
✓Must demonstrate ability to recognize patients' individual needs based on medical conditions, age, limitations and planned procedures.
Sufficient previous experience to have thorough knowledge of radiologic and MRI terminology, practices and procedures preferred, along with knowledge in physiology and human anatomy and MRI experience.

About the role
The MRI Tech 2 arranges patients for Magnetic resonance examinations. Produces MRI images to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems. MRI technologist monitors and ensures safety of patient and all personnel prior to entering magnetic area.
