You’ll need
Certifications
✓Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology, or completion of an accredited CNMT, ARMRIT or ARDMS program.
✓ARRT registry eligible technologist must obtain ARRT within 6 months of hire date.
✓MR registry must be acquired within 18 months of the date the primary registry was acquired or date of hire if primary registry is already obtained.
✓CNMT, ARDMS and ARMRIT graduates must obtain MR registry within 12 months of hire date.
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

About the role
As an MRI Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services using magnetic resonance imaging equipment. You’ll work closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging, patient safety, and compassionate care throughout the scanning process.

Properly identify patients usingProperly identify patients using two identifiers and follow universal protocol for all exams
Review patient history andReview patient history and physician orders to apply appropriate imaging protocols, including contrast preparation and administration
Accurately document patient historyAccurately document patient history and exam details in the electronic medical record
Present relevant clinical informationPresent relevant clinical information to the radiologist prior to the start of each exam
