Job Summary and Qualifications ***Shift Information for Position: Day Shift - Mon, Tues, Wed/Wed, Thurs, Fri rotating: 7a - 730p Under the direction of the Radiologist, is able to perform MRI Scans and all related duties on the GE 1.5 magnet. Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical and computerized procedures for the purpose of detecting pathology. Participates in the establishment of scan protocols and in execution of specific applications.
Responsible for contrast administration and maintaining knowledge and practice of MRI safety techniques. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and the medical staff. Is organized and able to perform several duties at once; is flexible enabling add-on requests to be completed as required.
Position requires Call.
