When you join RadNet as our Multi-Modality Tracking Coordinator, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes. Job

The Multi-Modality Tracking Coordinator is responsible for multi-modality tracking functions. You will:Generate, track and mail patient result/overdue letters. Follow up on undeliverable addresses, enter, maintain and develop statistical information.

Report, retrieve and enter pathology report/information on studies needing a biopsy. Maintain all necessary records and data entry into the RIS tracking system. If You Are:High school diploma or general education degree.

Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills. Strong public relations skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Must be detail-oriented and organized. Possesses clerical skills. Ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors, staff, patients, vendors, peers and management.

Ideal Candidate will possess:Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors. Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance. Follows all local, state and federal laws concerning employment to include but not limited to: I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil rights and ADA.

Follows OSHA regulations, RadNet and site protocols, policies and procedures. Follows HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety and confidentiality standards at all times.but not limited to: I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil rights and ADA. $18.50 -$21.00 per hour #NCEC
