Licensure
✓Eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine or State Board of Osteopathic Medicine
Certifications
✓Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
✓BLS or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation required based on AHA standards that include both didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
✓Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification listed must meet AAAP standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
Education
✓Graduate of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
Qualifications
✓As a Neonatal Physician Assistant at Magee, you will:
✓Provide high‑acuity care to critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU
✓Collaborate closely with neonatologists, fellows, residents, nurses, and allied health professionals
