Collaboration with a robust primary care network of 140 providers, ensuring a strong referral base and continuity of care. Work alongside a comprehensive interdisciplinary cancer team at the UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center Rockford, which holds over 70% of the local market share. Local teaching opportunities involving rotating GI residents, fellows, and medical students.

Education MD or DO - Required License/Certifications Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required Active Illinois medical license - Required Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
