About the Job MedStar Cardiology Associates at Lafayette and MedStar Washington Hospital Center is seeking a non-invasive cardiologist to join their team that’s located in the heart of Washington, D. C. This is a net new, growth opportunity where you’ll provide clinical and inpatient cardiology services, associated with MedStar Washington Hospital Center, located at 110 Irving St.
NW, Washington, D. C. 20010. Be part of a large, multi-disciplinary practice that includes interventional cardiology, EP, advanced heart failure, cardiac surgery, and an established vascular program.
We also have a team of professional advanced practice providers. This is an optimal position for new graduates or experienced cardiologists who’d be part of a collaborative and cohesive team. Practice includes a good amount of echocardiography (including stress echo), and nuclear cardiology.
As a Non-Invasive Cardiologist with MedStar Health, you'll join a highly collaborative team designed to maximize physician efficiency and exceptional patient care. Most cardiologists are supported by MedStar's innovative Connected Cardiology Program , where APPs provide inbox and portal messaging support to minimize the physician’s administrative burden. These APPs are also embedded into workflows, providing proactive care coordination and enhanced access to care directly improving outcomes, enhancing patient engagement, and extending care beyond the clinic.
