The Nurse Educator (RN) is a dynamic nursing leader responsible for developing and delivering educational programs that promote clinical excellence, professional growth, and quality patient care. This role serves as a mentor, coach, and resource for nursing staff while supporting the development of a highly skilled and engaged workforce. As part of an innovative pilot program, the Nurse Educator will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating an Internal MOA Training Program, helping to establish educational standards, onboarding processes, credentialing pathways, and preceptor development initiatives.

The Nurse Educator facilitates orientation and onboarding for new employees, supports competency validation and credentialing requirements, and partners with operational leaders to identify educational needs and foster continuous learning.

Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience ----- Education/Experience Minimum Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or related field. Three (3) years Nursing Practice experience in a clinical setting.
