Clkinical Nurse Manager with dual responsibility for Henry Ford Providence Southfield and Novi campus Lead the Future of Procedural Cardiology at Henry Ford Providence Henry Ford Providence Cardiology is a high-volume, complex cardiovascular program supporting both Henry Ford Providence Southfield and Novi. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing Procedural Services team overseeing Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) operations across two campuses.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both day-to-day operations and the future growth of the cardiovascular program . You’ll work closely with physicians, frontline teams, and executive leadership to ensure exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence, team engagement, and continued program development. We’re looking for a visible, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people together around a shared vision.
You’ll oversee procedural operations, workforce planning, performance improvement, regulatory readiness, and change initiatives while building strong relationships across the organization. Cath Lab and/or EP leadership experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and workforce management skills, a commitment to staff development, and the ability to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategy.

Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. Demonstrated progressive nursing leadership experience. BCLS/ACLS certification as required per unit standards.
