Baylor Scott & White Temple, TX Nurse Manager - Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab & Cardiovascular Procedural Services Full-Time Day Shift Lead a growing cardiovascular procedural services team overseeing 4 Cardiac Cath Labs, 3 Electrophysiology Labs, and CV Lab operations. This role provides clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for Registered Nurses, Cardiovascular Invasive Specialists/Technologists, and Patient Transport staff.

They plan, implement, and assess policies. Manage budgets and resources, oversee improvement, and organize educational programs. They also participate in governance councils to meet priorities.

Represent nursing staff in addressing the concerns of patients, families, and team members. Facilitate educational opportunities for patients and their families, nursing staff, and the community. Incorporate the organization's mission and goals into strategies for staff and patients.

Passionately participate in governance and decision-making processes to enhance nursing procedures and workplace conditions. Required

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing. A minimum of (3) three years of experience in a similar nursing role is required for consideration. Required

(ACLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support, (RN) Registered Nurse license, (BLS) Basic Life Support. If not BLS certified, it must be completed within (30) thirty days of hire or transfer.
