Leadership & Operations Provide strategic and operational leadership for Medical ICU, Surgical/CV ICU, and PICC/IV Therapy services. Maintain 24-hour accountability for department performance, patient safety, quality outcomes, employee engagement, and fiscal results. Lead operational initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, patient experience, and workforce effectiveness.
Team Development & Engagement Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing nursing professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support employee growth and professional development.
Clinical Excellence & Patient Safety Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. Promote compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and patient safety initiatives. Monitor patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and clinical outcomes, implementing improvement strategies as needed.
Collaborative Partnerships Build strong relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams. Promote effective communication and teamwork across departments and service lines. Partner with organizational leaders to align departmental initiatives with strategic priorities and mission-based goals.

Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a critical care setting. Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and operational management skills. Preferred Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous Nurse Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or charge leadership experience in an ICU environment. Experience managing budgets, quality initiatives, and employee performance. National specialty certification in critical care or nursing leadership.
