We're seeking an experienced RN Manager to lead our 40-bed Neurovascular Unit, overseeing approximately 120 caregivers with the support of an Assistant Nurse Manager. 5 years of acute care RN work experience 2 or more years of leading staff in role with direct reports Master’s degree in a related field Coursework/Training: Formal coursework in Management, Finance, and other administrative subjects Upon hire: National Certification from a recognized professional organization in a relevant field of clinical expertise Management experience
