8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Lead pediatric clinical operations to deliver safe, high-quality, family-centered care. Coach, mentor and develop nursing team members while supporting performance, engagement and retention. Drive quality improvement initiatives using patient outcomes, safety indicators and experience metrics.
Manage staffing, productivity, budgets and resources to support effective department operations. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary partners to improve care delivery, patient flow and team performance. What We're Looking For Required: 4 Year / Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Current RN licensure in appropriate state. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units. Preferred: Graduate Degree.
Two years demonstrated leadership experience. Three years clinical RN experience in an acute care setting. Board certification in area of practice.
