About the role

The Nurse Navigator is a leader providing support, mentorship, and guidance to those who provide direct patient care. The Nurse Navigator coordinates the delivery of patient care by assessing care requirements of the individual patient and makes recommendations based on severity of illness, intensity of service and skill level.
