Join a welcoming, community-focused Family Medicine practice serving a diverse St. Paul population, including Karen, Hmong, immigrant and refugee families. Roselawn offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and generations of families while practicing broad-spectrum Family Medicine.
Providers also benefit from the resources and specialty support of the M Health Fairview system, along with opportunities to participate in innovative community initiatives that address health equity and the unique needs of the patients we serve. Practice Details: Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule 34 patient contact hours per week 12 provider primary care practice, including Advanced Practice Providers.
Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day. Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting. Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.
