Required Licensure/Certifications: -Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Florida -BLS from the American Heart Association -Effective November 1, 2018, Oncology Nursing Society/Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation Chemotherapy Biotherapy certification required within eighteen (18) months of hire or transfer into the position. Required
