Preferred Criteria Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience as a nurse’s aide in a hospital Required Criteria High school diploma or GED Certification from an approved, accredited Nurse Assistant training program or current Enrollment in a BSN program & completion of at least 1 clinical rotation Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer skill Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
