Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Upon hire: Defensive Driving. Occupational therapy experience in clinical setting.
