Provides client's needed specialized assistance in learning skills to enable them to lead lives satisfying to themselves.
Provides assessment of the individual's abilities to carry out necessary physical and emotional functions in relation to their prognosis. Provides treatment objectives which are identified and coordinated with the client's family members, physician, and appropriate community resources to assure maximum independence, productivity, and satisfaction.#LI-AH1 #INDTRP QualificationsEducation Requirements Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
