Licensure
✓Must hold an active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license
Certifications
✓Must maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy at the baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate level required
Qualifications
