✓Accredited program of Licensed Practical Nursing with an active LPN license Required
Certifications
✓BLS-Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) - AHA - American Heart Association Required and
Education
✓Completion of a clinical Medical Assistant training program resulting in a diploma or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), or a registered apprentice program certificate. Required or
Qualifications
✓1-3 years Experience in a customer-facing position.
✓DLR-Colorado Driver's License Class R - DMV - Department of Motor Vehicles Required
✓Ability to prioritize and perform a multitude of duties in a fast-paced, demanding environment
✓Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines
✓Ability to use critical analytical thinking skills to identify patients that are unable to fully participate in registration process due
✓to injury, age, language or other undetermined barriers
✓Strong customer service skills.
✓Ability to learn and be proficient in electronic health record documentation
✓Ability to treat all customers and co-workers with courtesy, dignity and respect; consistently displays courteous and respectful verbal and non-verbal communication with customers and co-workers as established by policies and procedures
