Modernized Operating Rooms: With 31 new operating rooms, we offer modern and highly specialized surgical visualization tools, as well as the latest minimally invasive robotic equipment, providing an innovative setting for surgical excellence.
Streamlined Patient Care: The PACU and Pre-Op/Discharge areas are conveniently located on the same level as the ORs facilitating seamless patient throughput between these critical care settings. Strategic Location: The Pavilion includes a rooftop helipad, offering direct access to our ICUs, ORs and ED for efficient patient transfers. Convenient Amenities: Parking structure on-site ensures easy accessibility, and 6 acres of expansive green space provide a tranquil and inviting atmosphere.
Our Operating Room Team Modern Facility: Operate from the Verstandig Pavilion, a hub of innovation with advanced surgical and recovery infrastructure. Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program required. Master’s degree in Nursing or a health related field from a nationally accredited program preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive clinical nursing experience in the operating room; prior nursing leadership experience strongly preferred. Licenses and
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state or jurisdiction of the facility seeking employment. CPR certification required by completion of introductory period. CNOR certification preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills; ability to manage complexity and lead multidisciplinary collaboration.
