Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn salary increases of up to 20%* through our Clinical Ladder Program based on experience, professional development, and achievement of advancement criteria. Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

Collaborates and coordinates patient care activities among the interdisciplinary patient care team. Identifies needs and develops or modifies plans of care, supervising other healthcare team members. Acts as a liaison between physicians, sales consultants, internal customers, and management team.

Engages in unit/service line budgeting processes to ensure a cost-effective, quality-focused environment. Provides input for personnel performance evaluations and recommends pertinent education. Coordinates shift operations, activities, resources, and associates.

Serves as a technical resource and performs similar duties with staff. Monitors and reports departmental compliance with policies and procedures. Coordinates and assists with staff orientation and training.

Documents and reports supply, instrument, and equipment utilization and maintenance. Schedules meetings with medical leadership, physicians, and other key staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

Participates in quality and performance improvement activities to improve patient outcomes.
