You’ll need
Certifications
✓Current Surgical Technologist Certification.
✓Current CPR certification.
✓Ability to obtain Sterile Processing Certification within eighteen (18) months of hire.
✓Candidates without current certification must be able to obtain the required Sterile Processing Certification within eighteen (18) months of hire.
Existing Sterile Processing Certification (CSP) highly preferred, such as CRCST or CSPDT.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
Bachelor's degree. preferred
Qualifications
✓Minimum five (5) years of clinical practice experience in an operating room setting.
✓Minimum two (2) years of experience within a designated surgical specialty area.
✓Demonstrated knowledge of operating room instrumentation, equipment, and surgical workflows.
✓Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
✓Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Prior leadership, coordination, or project management experience in a perioperative environment. preferred
Experience supporting quality improvement, process improvement, or equipment management initiatives. preferred
