Day Shift - 7.5 HoursThe Surgical Technologist ensures that necessary instruments, supplies and equipment are picked according to physician's preference card. Assists the surgeon during various procedures by passing instruments, holding retractors, draping patient, etc. maintaining sterile technique.Demonstrates timeliness of procedure set-up and turn-over cases within appropriate time frame.High School Diploma requiredCompleted Surgical Technology Program from Accredited School/ Program.NBSTSA certified2
- 4 years of experience in the Operating Room, Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lift (up to 25lbs) and pushing of instrument carts.Ability to stand for long periods of timeCertification/LicensureCertified Surgical Technologist-requiredCurrent BLS - requiredDays w/ eo wknd & hols; 7a
- 3pSalary Range: $34.559/hr - $44.308/hr (Commensurate with Experience) Employment Non
