State-of-the-Art Facilities: Practice at the Facial Surgery Center , a leading-edge ambulatory surgical facility located at CAMC’s General and Women and Children’s Hospitals. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Active or eligible West Virginia licensure.
