✓Proactively maintains and renews ARRT, state license, BLS, PPD, respirator fit test, and POC training.
Certifications
✓Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) in MRI.
✓Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
✓Registered in MRI by ARRT or ARMRIT
✓BLS
✓Registration/Certifications: Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
✓ARRT MRI registration required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
Education

About the role

The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) reports to the site supervisor and the radiology manager. Under general supervision, the MRI Technologist performs high-quality MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols on patient populations for physician interpretation.
