What you’ll do
Provide courteous, professional serviceProvide courteous, professional service to all laboratory customers and respond promptly to phone inquiries
Perform accurate patient identificationPerform accurate patient identification and collect blood specimens via venipuncture, heelstick, and fingerstick
Educate patients on properEducate patients on proper specimen collection and collect non‑blood specimens as needed
Demonstrate reliability, sound judgmentDemonstrate reliability, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize work to meet department needs
Collect and transport specimensCollect and transport specimens from on‑site and off‑site locations following safety procedures
