About the role

Reviews patient charts and ensures that all ancillary reports and required paperwork are available to the provider at the time of visit.

What you’ll do
Review referrals to ensureReview referrals to ensure accuracy in case scheduling and all required documentation is received from referring provider
Ensure patient has receivedEnsure patient has received all necessary prep instructions and any medication holds from prescribing providers
Complete pre-op calls forComplete pre-op calls for all interventional endoscopy procedures to confirm arrival time, pre-op instructions, and answer any questions the patient may have
Complete all post-procedure callsComplete all post-procedure calls and escalate concerns as appropriate
Provide direction and guidanceProvide direction and guidance for scheduling and care coordination for the intake coordinators
