This physician will conduct patient rounds according to the required schedule, coordinate physician coverage, participate in discharge planning, and provide trusted clinical leadership and education to care team members.

O.) in the state(s) of practice, with training or experience in caring for chronically or terminally ill patientsMaintains active DEA license(Required) Palliative care fellowshipWorking knowledge of hospice and palliative care, including pain and symptom management. Familiarity with hospice regulations and Medicare requirements. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
