Certifications
Certified Revenue Cycle Professional certification preferred
Qualifications
✓4+ years of experience leading a public-facing team of 15+ direct reports
✓4+ years of experience with scheduling functionality, workflows, and performance benchmarks
✓Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft applications, including the ability to train or support end users
✓Proven solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate outcomes
✓Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
✓Proven highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities
✓Demonstrated ability to work variable hours based on team needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
✓Ability to work onsite at either designated location: Maine Coast: 50 Union St., Ellsworth, ME and Blue Hill: 57 Water St. Blue Hill, ME
Experience with NLH software, data, and business information systems preferred
Experience using AI tools to improve daily productivity and workflow efficiency preferred
Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions and related operational workflows preferred
