The Patient Access Services Representative (PASR) serves as a front-line Revenue Cycle team member at WHMC. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the efficient and accurate scheduling, pre-registration, registration, admission, and financial clearance of patients receiving Radiology and other clinical services. The PASR plays a critical role in facilitating patient access to care while ensuring the collection and verification of demographic, insurance, authorization, and financial information necessary for reimbursement and revenue cycle integrity.
The incumbent provides exceptional customer service to patients, families, physicians, and staff while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient confidentiality standards.
