Responsibilities Guide daily patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification operations. Welcome patients and families, answer questions, and help resolve concerns. Coach and train team members, supporting onboarding and continued development.
Coordinate staff schedules and coverage to meet department needs. Support accurate patient records, insurance authorizations, and account information. Help patients understand insurance benefits, financial responsibilities, and payment options.
Partner with clinical and billing teams to support smooth patient transitions and resolve account issues. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and patient satisfaction. Protect patient privacy and support compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Two (2) years of customer service OR healthcare related experience required .
