One (1) year experience in customer service or healthcare registration.
Coursework/Training - Some college level course work preferred particularly Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant coursework. Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire Previous registrar and third party payor experience.
