Role Overview As a Radiology Patient Care Assistant, you¿ll play a vital role in expediting patient care within the radiology department. You¿ll assist with processing patient imaging records and serve as a key point of contact for patients, families, and radiology staff.

Assist with processing patient imaging records to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Greet patients in person and through various communication media to establish rapport. Coordinate with radiology staff to expedite patient care and streamline workflows.

E. D. equivalent. Knowledge of telephone usage and principles of filing.
