Principal Accountabilities: assisting patients with mobility: ambulation, transfer, discharges and ROM activities assisting patients with activities of daily living performing postmortem care measuring and recording I & O performing EKG's, phlebotomy and blood glucose monitoring observing and reporting changes in patients’ condition to the RN maintaining phlebotomy equipment and inventory and all other duties as assigned Required: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: BLS (required within 3 months of hire) CNA or CPCT certification Prior acute care experience strongly preferred
