You’ll need
Education

Associates or Bachelor's degree. preferred

✓Demonstrates personal computer literacy and basic knowledge of Microsoft office
✓Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinically personnel.
✓Ability to create reports/communication documents related to the role and outcome performance monitoring. Ability to perform tasks independently, seeks direction as needed, and prioritizes workload.
✓Experience with EVS and bed monitoring system.
✓Flexible, willing to adjust schedule, work weekends if needed.
Customer service skills, preferably in a medical setting. preferred
Basic knowledge of medical terminology. preferred
Experience with Epic. preferred
