✓PATIENT RELATIONS SPECIALIST
✓1-3 years of job-related experience.
✓Prior job title or occupational experience: Customer Service
✓Demonstrated ability to interact with and understand people from different cultural, socioeconomic, or other backgrounds.
✓Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to demonstrate compassion, fairness, and an inclusive approach to a wide variety of individuals and groups from within and outside of the organization.
✓Ability to interact with patients and families of varying degrees of illness, under stressful and/or emergency situations.
✓Proven exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to change focus rapidly with minimal disruption to productivity and quality.
✓Computer skills with proficiency in keyboarding, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.), data management required. Prior experience with electronic medical record platform a plus.
✓High attention to detail, demonstrated excellent planning and time management skills.
