Patient Service Representative

We have a Patient Service Representative opening in Great Works Family Practice. This is a full time, 40hrs/wk opening. The hours for this position are 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday, but may require flexability.

This position is located here in South Berwick, Maine. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for: answering the phone, greeting patients when they arrive, checking patients in, pre-registration, collecting insurance information, scheduling patient appointments and other office duties as needed. Qualified candidates must have 1 or more years of medical office experience, be self directed and able to work as a team, have excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in person, computer skills, be able to multitask in a fast paced environment all while having great attention to detail, and be flexible.
