Patient Services Coord I - Home Health

The Patient Services Coord I manages patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. Provides information to customers about company products. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales.

Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third-party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to ensure clean claims. Education/Experience:High School or equivalent.1 year Customer Service and 4 to 6 months clerical skills required.
