Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer (Pediatric Echo Technologist)Join a dedicated pediatric cardiology team making a difference in the lives of children and families every day. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer to perform high-quality echocardiographic studies on patients ranging from newborns to young adults. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse spectrum of congenital and acquired heart disease while collaborating closely with pediatric cardiologists and multidisciplinary specialists.

Perform comprehensive transthoracic echocardiograms on pediatric patients of all ages, from infants through adolescents. Acquire high-quality diagnostic images on patients with both simple and complex congenital heart disease. Prepare detailed preliminary reports, including accurate measurements and assessment of findings.

Utilize advanced imaging techniques to evaluate cardiac anatomy, physiology, and postoperative repairs. Assist physicians during transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) procedures and maintain associated equipment. Accurately document patient information and complete required data entry and billing documentation.

Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care and diagnostic accuracy. What We're Looking ForStrong knowledge of pediatric cardiac anatomy, physiology, congenital heart defects, and surgical/interventional repairs. Experience imaging a broad range of congenital heart disease, including complex cases.

Ability to recognize and evaluate various surgical repairs and postoperative cardiac anatomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues. A patient-centered approach with the ability to help children feel comfortable during examinations.

Opportunity to further develop expertise in congenital heart disease imaging. QualificationsRegistered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent credential preferred. Pediatric echocardiography experience strongly preferred.
