Blank Children’s Hospital is actively recruiting for a Part-Time Pediatric Palliative Care APP to join our team in Des Moines, IA.

What you’ll do
Provide palliative care forProvide palliative care for children facing chronic, complex and/or life-threatening conditions and their families in the clinic, hospital, long-term care facility, or home
Provide palliative care forProvide palliative care for mothers whose babe has been diagnosed with chronic, complex and/or life-threatening condition in utero and their families in the hospital or clinic
Participate in comprehensive medicalParticipate in comprehensive medical and psychosocial evaluation of patients and families, skilled and meticulous symptom management, and discharge planning and continuity of care
Serve as clinical andServe as clinical and educational role model and mentor
Provide care and supportProvide care and support in collaboration with the primary care team
