Certifications
✓Associates Degree in Health Science and/or Certification from Technical School Program
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2 years of related hospital perfusion services experience or related manufacturer experience and/or demonstrates equivalent proficiencies.
✓Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and chemistry.
✓Basic knowledge of hospital operations and regulatory requirements (as applicable)
✓Basic communication and interpersonal skills
✓General Computer skills using Word, Excel, and Access
✓Automotive Insurance
✓Driver's License
✓Act 33 with renewal
✓Act 34
Knowledge of blood recovery and biologic processing devices. preferred
Basic understanding of Cardiopulmonary Bypass and associated techniques. preferred
Knowledge of sterile processing, cleaning, and disinfecting patient care equipment, and appropriate documentation of these tasks. preferred
