✓Licensed [or eligible for licensure (i.e., meets all statutory requirements for Florida licensure application)] as a pharmacist in accordance with Florida Statutes (F.S.), Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Sections 007 through 013.
Advanced training (e.g., residency, fellowship, and/or board certification). preferred
Education
✓Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school
Qualifications
✓Demonstrates an understanding of diversity.

✓Performs Pharmacist (JC: 021702) duties (as required).
✓One (1) year of hospital registered pharmacist experience. Human Resources (HR) may accept the successful completion of a postgraduate year one (PYG1) pharmacy residency in lieu of the required hospital pharmacist experience.
Completion of post-graduate year one (PGY1) and post-graduate year two (PGY2) residencies. preferred
Two (2) to four (4) years of clinical pharmacy experience. preferred
