Responsibilities REPORTS TO: Director of Pharmacy SUMMARY STATEMENT & PURPOSE The Pharmacist Intern in coordination with the Director of Pharmacy is responsible for understanding of all legal and accreditation/certification requirements and applicable facility policies, procedures, codes and standards. This includes pharmaceutical and professional functions relating to pharmaceutical care provided at this facility.
