What you’ll do
Review and interpret physicianReview and interpret physician medication orders for accuracy, dosage and patient safety
Prepare and dispensed prescribedPrepare and dispensed prescribed medications according to professional standards and regulatory guidelines
Supervise and direct pharmacySupervise and direct pharmacy support staff in day-to-day functions
Monitor patient responses toMonitor patient responses to medications and identify potential adverse reactions
Provide drug information toProvide drug information to physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers
