Promote safe and cost-effectivePromote safe and cost-effective medication use through formulary management, therapeutic interchange protocols, and evidence-based drug therapy recommendations
Collaborate with physicians, nursesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to clarify orders, resolve medication-related concerns, and optimize patient outcomes
